Please log in for more thread options Try www.avaya.com Right now I can't connect to it, but ordinarily you should be able to find the documentation there. Hope this helps. You definitely want to go to the source (Avaya) and download it from their
website (below) http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?PAGE=avaya.css.ProductDetail&temp.groupID=107529&temp.selectedFamily=107548&temp.selectedProduct=107599 Sorry for the ugly URL. In case it does not go through, just go to avaya.com, then go support->communication systems->Partner->Partner Plus
Same goes for the VM manual, which you can find under support->messaging->partner mail VS->R4
