Please log in for more thread options I have inherited an Inter-tel system and have been asked to set up a distribution group, I have access to Session Manager and have admin access. I am not sure how to set this up? We have an existing extension 2239 and when it is called I would like to have 5 extensions to ring all at the same time (2233,2232,2234,2231 and 2237) I'm looking for a little help with the process... How to start. Your guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Mark | |||||||||||||

Rich, thanks for the reply, Hunt. I think I'm close to getting it done, how do i link the ext 2239 to the group? Thank you for your time. Mark Rich Piehl wrote: > mspencer wrote:

If there is a list of stations add 2239 there. If there is a P0005, or some similar notation it means the hunt group was set up using an extension list. Go to extension list set up in features, find that notation in the extension list and add 2239. There's a third way that I'm drawing a blank on this moment, as I don't have my Intertel programming software on my home computer (imagine that). If it's not set up as one of the above two methods let me know and I'll look on my work computer and let you know. Take care, Rich God bless the USA -- Freedom requires work and sacrifice. Rich, thanks for the guidance, here is what I see (If there was a way to post a screen shot it may help). Under Extension Lists/Keyset I see P0002, P0005 and P0007 (I added P0007 but as I look closer I see that P0005 has all the same extensions I need as well) P0007 has all the extensions in it that I would like to ring when 2239 is dialed. Under Station I see P000, P0001, P0003, P0004, P0006 Under Hunt Groups I see 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Under the HG 2003 we have; "Agents" is blank, "Members" = P0007, "Supervisors" is blank, and "Timers" and it has several items. (Let me know if you need that information). Am I looking in the correct location or am I way off. Thanks again. Mark Rich Piehl wrote: > mspencer wrote:
