Could be - you'll have to call them using an alternate method (like a
cellphone or the payphone on the corner) and ask.

  There are many things that can go wrong, from the mundane (local
power failure) to the highly unusual - like the main switchroom
burning down.  And yes, even with fire suppression systems it's
happened a few times.
