(WLUC) - 911 emergency services are back online Friday morning throughout Upper Michigan after a recent system upgrade caused a widespread outage for about five hours overnight.
Negaunee Regional Dispatch telecommunicator assisting in 911 emergency services. Negaunee Regional Dispatch Communication Supervisor Kory Dykstra says these glitches happen as more technology is implemented. He assures there is always a fix and any problem with 911 is an immediate priority.
