I had not really considered that they did not have transponders since they have been used on all the toll roads I have driven on in Kansas, Oklahoma or Texas. It would be nice if the three states could agree on an interchange, especially since they all use the same system, from a firm with headquarters in Houston, and at least for the Oklahoma turnpikes the bill (statement of usage--you have to prepay in $40 increments) comes out of Houston. There are some transponder lanes in Oklahoma which have "ramp speed 75" signs posted on the entrance to those lanes. Wes Leatherock snipped-for-privacy@aol.com snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.com
