Doesn't take much to slow down traffic. On a recent road trip to North

They could install high-speed readers for cars with transponders, and promote the service and the time saved in the 'Fly By' lane. That would cost very little in relative terms, especially compared to the value of the time wasted by all those motorists.

And if 'Fly By' isn't a trade mark, I claim it here and now.
