WEST PLAINS, Mo. - Area 911 operations are dealing with a service outage Thursday morning.
Howell County 911 Administrator Steve Gleghorn told Ozark Radio News that issues have been confirmed in Howell, Texas, and Wright County, with issues in Howell County starting around 7 am. Those 911 offices are working on getting calls routed to their business lines.
