GREENFIELD - Residents may be experiencing busy signals when calling departments within the city and Hawlemont Regional School, though the cause is unknown.
Some Verizon customers are having issues reaching Greenfield and Hawlemont Regional School telephones, according to Crocker Communications Director of Sales Bill Spathis. Crocker Communications provides phone services for the two entities, along with several other municipalities. The cause isn't known but the issue is believed to be coming from Verizon, Spathis said.
