Frontier Employees Say Company in Slow, Downward Spiral [telecom]

by Karl Bode

Just about a year ago, reports emerged that Frontier employee morale was at an "all time low" thanks largely to managerial missteps and a lack of adequate resources to do their jobs. The company has been a rumored bankruptcy casualty for most of 2018 thanks to its ongoing failure to upgrade millions of the company's customers to anything resembling the FCC's standard 25 Mbps definition of broadband.

As a result, Frontier has seen a steady exodus of angry customers, made worse by its bungled integration of ex-Verizon territories.
