CWA Snubs AT&T's Final Contract Offer For 14,000 Workers [telecom]

The Communications Workers of America (CWA) has slammed AT&T's final offer for 14,000 workers covered by Midwest and Legacy T contracts, and who already have been given the go-ahead to strike.

Earlier this month, the CWA's executive board voted to approve a strike. The decision allowed CWA President Chris Shelton to set a strike date if negotiators can't reach an agreement. The workers' contracts expired last month.
