FLETCHER, N.C. (WLOS) - Some AT&T customers in the Fletcher area said they haven't had service for nine days.
Richard and Linda Goodall, who live in the River Stone subdivision in Fletcher, said company officials have apologized for the outage but have done nothing to explain why their TV and internet service is down. Richard said he's made numerous calls to the communications service giant and has even gone to the company's Twitter customer service account, @attcares, where he's communicated with service reps who also have been unable to provide him answers to the outage.
