OKLAHOMA CITY - For the second straight day, customers in Oklahoma City have been left holding the phone.
On Sunday, several AT&T customers couldn't make phone calls or send text messages during a large outage across the metro.
On Monday, AT&T reported that it is experiencing another large outage that is affecting customers across the state.
