WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) Multiple counties are reporting a [911] system outage due to cut AT&T fiber line.
Officials say not all calls are reaching the call center. If the call isn't answered in a few seconds, hang up and try again.
Sedgwick County residents are urged to call 263-6011 if they're unable to get through on 911.
