911 outage: 'We need some answers,' Salt Lake City 911 director

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) - Salt Lake City's 911 director is calling for answers on what caused this weekend's outage.

Nearly all day on Saturday, some people calling for help in an emergency could not get through.
