Unlock DSC 1575 panel

First you have to determine if the installer locked you out of programming. Remove one of the battery leads and unplug your transformer. Wait 30 seconds and plug the transformer back in. If you hear a series of clicks from a relay on the right side of the board, the programming lock-out is enabled which means you won't be able to default the panel.
