I have the monitoring software SIS ALARMCENTER MULTIUSER version 4.3, connected with a Surgard Receiver, it is necessary to form something in order that SIS decodes signs in format SIA (DSC)?
Thanks
Ariel

It will work just fine, the SIA codes are setup in the ZZ account.

Switch your monitoring software to A-traq
oh yeah...just kinda switch your software
I used SIS software for almost eight years along with Surgard II receivers and found the software able to decipher almost any signal that was sent it's way from the receivers. As far as Ver 4.3 of the software; I would call tech support. It may have to be fine tuned.
