quick checks,

  1. "failed to communicate" trying to send a test signal to the monitoring or former monitoring company.
  2. "low battery" unit has done a self test and found the battery failing and is warning you..
  3. "system error" unit has done a self test of attached data modules, ie.. keypad, expanders etc.. and one or more has failed to communicate correctly.
  4. there are no EOLR on zones and the system is trying to arm itself. and on and on and on...

disconnect the transformer and remove the system battery that will stop it.

Make sure it's your alarm system and not a low battery beep from a stand-alone smoke detector.

It would be helpful if you could give some mor einformation about the make/model of your alrm system.
