Does anybody have the installation manual for the PARADOX Esprit home alarm model 626?
I know the access code, but don't know how to program the alarm for dialer and other functions.

Thanks for this "Jim" Tech-Man. Unfortunately the web site just has the keypad "consumer" manual, not the actual installation manual that allows the unit to be programmed.
I doubt the Paradox company will release the manual as they will deem it a lapse of security to do so and prefer to protect the financial interests of the installers.
Would anybody else be able to help with the installation manual?

Are you an installer or dealer? If so, why wouldn't they want to release it to you? If not, why would you think the installers here would find it less of a "lapse of security" or be less likely to "protect their financial interests"?
Their support people are excellent, in my experience. It's a toll-free call, why not give it a shot?

You're correct that most manufacturers won't give direct support to consumers but protecting dealers is only one of the reasons. Another is that they don't have enough staff to handle questions from thousands of consumers.
Again, if no one else helps you out first, give me a call on Weds and I'll try.
I'm confused. There is no actual programming for the 626 keypad, which is why the "programming and / or installation manual" doesn't exist...only the end user instruction manual. Is this individual looking for the programming sheets for the 728/738/748 Esprit alarm panels themselves. That is a different thing, and is definately on the Paradox website...

What I meant was there clearly is a misunderstanding in what the original party requested; he likely wants the panel programming sheets and is simply misunderstanding the terminology when referring to "keypad programming"

We all know way you did it. After all, your only reason for being here is to advertise your middle man drop ship business, isn't it?
He wasn't looking to buy a Paradox system, he was looking for a manual for the one he's already got.

Yes, I understood that. I mentioned that I sell Paradox online to DIYers because there others who read these threads besides the OP.
They don't *limit* the manuals to dealers (such as me). They limit their
*support* to dealers. It is my job as a Paradox dealer to support end users who want to install or service their own Paradox systems. Doing so necessarily includes sharing documents with those who need them.
Matt, Matt, Matt... Asking questions like this just gives Robert another opportunity to "chant" his Mantra. You know the one... All alarm companies care about is "RMR", they lock you out from programming, they're against DIY, etc.
