Lessee... "E2".... Evacuate Level 2... Pack all the high end goods into a moving van and send it ground express paid to Vancouver.
E- 02 is system low battery.
Change the battery ..... Then, ...... follow Frank's evacuation procedure for Level 2. but the van goes to New York. However, you must include a $1500.00 cheque to cover handling charges.

"New York" is an E-5. "Vancouver" is E-2. "Houston" E-3. "LA" E-1. There is no E-4.
If it is a central station code, my guess is restoral on zone 2. If you're talking about a keypad display and since Napco makes a good number of panels it is hard to even guess without knowing which panel you're talking about. The newer LCD keypads have cryptic codes that come up when supervisory and system events occur.
