E- 02 is system low battery.

Change the battery ..... Then, ...... follow Frank's evacuation procedure for Level 2. but the van goes to New York. However, you must include a $1500.00 cheque to cover handling charges.

Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future.

"New York" is an E-5. "Vancouver" is E-2. "Houston" E-3. "LA" E-1. There is no E-4.

If it is a central station code, my guess is restoral on zone 2. If you're talking about a keypad display and since Napco makes a good number of panels it is hard to even guess without knowing which panel you're talking about. You are right about a 2 in the keypad segment is a low battery on an older

1016e. What are you talking about?

The newer LCD keypads have cryptic codes that come up when supervisory and system events occur.
