Has anyone had this problem or been able fix it?
After the download code in the panel as been changed from default, we are unable to access panel.
We have even dialed into tech support Concord Express panel. Uploaded panel and changed download code, while on line. After hanging up, we're unable to access panel. Error indicates Toolbox DL code does not match panel.
Tech support is able to access panel but we cannot dial back into it.
Next step, according to them, is to use the Enterprise software...... all 115 megs of it, or reloading our system from scratch.
