Has anyone had this problem or been able fix it?
After the download code in the panel as been changed from default, we =
are unable to access panel.
We have even dialed into tech support Concord Express panel. Uploaded =
panel and changed download code,
while on line. After hanging up, we're unable to access panel. Error =
indicates Toolbox DL code does not=20
Tech support is able to access panel but we cannot dial back into it.
Next step, according to them, is to use the Enterprise software...... =
all 115 megs of it, or reloading our system from scratch.
