I need the lattest First Alert Personality File or latest First alert Version of Compass to enable the First Alert Templates in my Ademco Compass software.

If you find a source, I think everyone here wants it. It is simply not available unless you are a First Alert Dealer.
Have you tried asking Honeywell? According to at least one FA vendor, they will provide the FA "personality file" to folks with a First Alert system who call 800-921-6025.
I'm not a First Alert dealer so I've not verified this.
Interestingly, that online vendor has Honeywell software on its server and gives it away to anyone who wants it. That's more convenient for the DIYer than having to go to Honeywell's "MyWeb Tech" website to download it.
Ive never seen FA software on Honeywell's website...are you sure about this? I could use a updated FA too.

I didn't check it out. I don't handle First Alert so I don't need it. What the website I found said was not that there was a download but that by calling the 800 number one could receive the software.
The other thing I noticed was that they have pirated Honeywell software on their server. The truly funny part is that "guess who" recommends them as a supplier. :^)
Why? The standard software with the FA patch brings it up to date
When have I ever "recommended them as a supplier"?? I've always listed them as an alternative to dealing with someone as "shady" as you. And how do you know the software they're providing is, in fact, "pirated"?? Have you asked Honeywell? Contacted management at homesecuritystore? Before you start "running down the competition", why not verify your facts first!!

I applied that last patch so's I kin use compass with 7845GSM, and my FA personality still seems to work on the older stuff I have. I'll know more in a day or two as I'm taking over a pretty new FA - I've already manually programmed it but no phone there yet.

For someone who "doesn't want to fight anymore" you seem to be doing a whole lot of the same thing you used to do before you "didn't want to fight anymore"

not sure..the oldest I've talked to so far is a 4140xmp (worked fine) and tried a 4120xm yesterday and but got disconnect error; noisy phone line or incorrect CSID (which is possible since I couldn't figure out how to F it out from on site).

I'm still running .59 ... we ain't got no steekin' DST here anyway. I gotta rebuild my programming computer and get it on my network so I can access the net for GSM panels, so I'll update again then.
Dunno why I'm bothering, the asshole that I put the GSM in wants to sue me for installing the proper equipment and not what he wanted (sunset-ed clause radio).

Seems to me when I change/reprogram the CS account # at the keypad, the CSID is defaulted. Been a while since I worked on Ademco though. js
May be you are suppose to enter the true CSID matching the one use by compass. We had to do that to the older Ademco panels as well as Vista50P. Les say your software CSID is 12345678, then you have to enter at the panel as 0102030405060708.
