Entrapass Access Level Exceptions

Recently went to training for Entrapass and learned something new, Access L evel Exceptions. I thought, gee this is great! Came back to the office and when I try to use this feature, only 4 of my controllers are listed (I have about 20 controllers). The 4 that do show up are KT-1's and KT-400's. All other controllers are KT-300's. Is there a way to use Access Level Exceptio ns with the KT-300's? I need to add a door exception to a few cards and I c annot because the controller doesn't show up in this view.
