I'm looking for a DVR with a price under $1K that will meet these requirements:
- Handles at least eight cameras
- Sets time using network time protocol (NTP)
- Native TCP interface, possibly web-based
- Records to drive with MPEG4 compression
- Has built-in DVD or CD writer, or ability to easily write to CD/DVD using attached drive
