Did we get answer on Ion smoke disposal

While back there was apost on disposing of large amounts of Ionazation smokes properly did we ever get a correct answer how to do it.

You can either send the smokes back to the manufacturer, or bring it to your local hazardous waste collection facility.

My Prius gets 50 miles per recycled ionization detector...ya get a nice tan from them too. I'll be needing a new flux capacitor soon...I'm dreading that as they are 28,000$ for the small one.
