Anyone knows in which address we enable open/close for users 2 and up? (not for user 1 the installer in address 39). While i close the system with tech close it reports fine in contact id but with user #2 nothing happens.... thanks boys in advance ;-)
PS: in address 81 i programm everything with 1
address 81 put ones in for open and close reports, assuming you are reporting contact ID.
Then if I remember right, you need to enable open/close reports for each user as you add them. If you are using the download software you check the open/close box for each user in user code programming.
From the keypad you will get a message O/C when you add the code, press one when this comes up.
