WHEN do you own an intruder alarm system????
Basically when do you own an alarm system? It has to a automated system with:
- EXTERNAL sounder and/or a flashing light;
- INTERNAL light and/or the sounder at a window and it can be seen / heart from outside, then its an alarm system.
For example: A entrance door bell isn't one.
NOTE: This don't cover the "definition" of the automated alarm system requirements themselves.
