Unable to connect to the Symposium Server

I just installed Symposium Call Center Server Client 4.2.6 Patch 10C (as 12C has not worked for me) on a Windows 2000 XP / SP2 Laptop. I have allowed the built in firewall to allow the Symposium Files to run, but I still have this issue:

Error:

Unable to connect to the Symposium Server. Please check whether the network is operating properly. If the problem persist, please contact your support organization.

I am able to ping the server without an issue. Other Clients are not having this issue, which brings me back to the Laptop, but what could it be?
