T7316 set rings even when I am on the line

I have poured over the manual and can't seem to get this fixed: My T7316 set rings audibly even when I am on the line. All other sets in our office dump the caller straight to voicemail (this would be my preferred behaviour). Any help available? Thanks in advance, Gil

Set to DND on Busy - Y

To summarize for others: Go to General Admin>Set Capabilities > Show Set > DND on busy: Y

He said that worked but I thought it would be call forward busy, to voice mail. I don't remember DND going to VM.

Depends on the system, which by the way you didn't mention. Certainly nothing like the menu for my NT40 in Australia (commonly known as Compact ICS to you guys).

I think the caller would hear ringing then go to VM.
