I could probably help answer a few questions. We have SCCS 5.0 with Web Client at our site.

there are several brochures & other tech docs you might want to read up on. briefly, the main feature is for contact center (skill based call routing), kinda like when you call airline tickets or tech support of some companies.. but there are lots of other features it can perform..
