setting up a printer

i run nortel meridian option 11c, installed a printer today and system will not recognize it. any sugestions.

Yes, act like a technician rather than an end user. End user says "my phone is broke"

Tech explains what has been tried, what does not work, what type of equipment is involved, where it is connected, how it is programmed, etc.
