I have installed two doorphones on my 6.1 CICS. I am having the following issues:
- one works fine the other does not transmit or recieve voice when answered. It works fine if I call it from another DN
- I have unused DN 36 ring all phones. Now the VOICE CALL button has been changed to answer 36. But we need VOICE CALL.
Any help would be appreciated.
Setting the doorphone to Std handsfree seems to work. However the install manual for the doorphone says to set HF to NONE. This is how the other doorphone is set and it works fine.
Second, I tried the FEATURE*3 and it displays "NO CALL ANSWERED" when I try to change the button.
