We have a Nortel BCM running 3.6 build 2.2c, prior to upgrading to 3.6 we used to use the Nortel Call Centre Reporting application and we purchased a 32" TFT to display the call centre stats to the staff in our small call centre. This was fine, and the information shown was clear and simple to follow with the large pie charts, but since upgrading to 3.6 this has changed and the reports and real time data have been moved into a web based interface which is near impossible to read if you are more than 8 metres away from the screen.
I know that the web based version is written in Java, but I am unable to find anything out from this. Does anyone know if the data feed from the BCM can be intercepted and something written to work with that feed so that the stats can be shown in a clearer way?
