also it looks like you are trying to use some kind of modem to get in. have you turned on the virtual modem in the NAM? what version of voicemail manager do you have and what sw version is your NAM?

Speaking from experience, in 4.0 you only have dial up modem or tcp/ip for Norstar Manager. The serial port is no longer supported.

in that case is there an easy way to add a nic what type of card and drivers are needed

The nic should be there already

You could try the modem. You have to go into access manager to find ext number and turn it on.

The nic has to be os/2 warp compatible. GOOD FREAKING LUCK with that !!!!!!!!!!!

Does it have an ethernet connection or modem as well? I don't think you can go in through the serial port with Voice mail manager, What release manager are you trying to use? When you did the 2.0 do you remember how you got into it, I have one now I can connect to but can't remember how to log in.

It has a modem but no nic, is there something special to activate the modem, or is there an easy way to add a nic... the 2.0 used procom or hyperterm i think 9600, 8, n, 1 and i think the password is sysmgr. My voicemail manage is ver 4
