newbie question re call data collection from CTA100

Hi,

Apologies for my stupidity. But I have a very simple question re call data collection from CTA100 based system - please keep in mind that I just deal with software and not phone systems...

Anyway, we have a existing call accounting application which we used to use and worked OK. The data was collected via RS232 output. Since upgrading to a CTA100 (Norstar), call information is not collected by the call accounting application. Is it possible to output call information via RS232. If not, what am I looking for in call accounting application that can handle CTA100 based systems.
