This resets the supervisor password and a BCM 1000:

Press 9
Enter resetsmpswd (73738767793
Press yes
The system password will be reset to 0000

the 985 thing is to reset the voicemail massword. I think he is wanting the password to get into the BCM programming. If thats the case he will need to call Nortel. However there may be a way to do it from the serial connection...
