MICS 6.1 Programming

I have Norstar Remote Utilities 10.0 but am running into problems trying to program a new MICS 6.1. I got some new map files and can now use the browser tool but cannot access the system using the spreadsheet ICS acquire. Is there a new spreadsheet template that I need and if so where can I get it?
