lost line 1 on 8x24 system

Please log in for more thread options I have tone at the terminal block feeding the connector going into the system. I have tried rebooting the system with no luck. When I select line 1 the get a short pause then a busy signal and the message "Already joined" I am not sure what to check next. | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options Already joined. "You are already connected to the telephone that made the call you are trying to pick up". How are you selecting line 1. That fault is using pickup. Your line button is supposed to be a CO direct access button ? TerryS | |||||||||||||
