Hi,

We are using 11C with M3904 and every user has 2 lines configured (e.g.
850 and 66850). When calling someone and if the called party is engaged
on one of the lines, the calling phone doesn't indicate the status. Can
we change our settings so that the status will be shown? Thanks.

I dont know exactly what you mean, but do a gues.

Scenario 1.
One of the lines is engaged on the M3904.
The caller called to the engaged  DN.
Problem.
The caller doesn't get busy-tone.
Solution.
Set CLS WTD

Scenario 2.
One of the lines is engaged on the M3904.
Somebody calls to the M3904 and gets answer-tone.
Problem.
On the M3904 you here no ringing(but a buz ) and no CLID
Solution.
Set CLS to FITA en TDD

I hope you mean one of these and the solution helps.
