Exchange Lines locking up on Norstar Modular caused by Startalk??

Hello

We installed a Startalk 180 on an existing working Meridian Modular MK1 for a school.

Now every day at least one line locks up, if you press the line it comes back with Line Busy: then it's supposed to show you who is using the line, apparently no one is! You have to disable the line in programming and then enable to free it up.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening???

Any input would be appreciated.

hey dave, shawn here, hows it going? The ksu you have this hooked up

to is a norstar 6x16 or 8x24?? are they disconnect supervision

cabinets like does it say 6x16ds or 8x24ds??? let me know ok
