I deaquired an agent TN using DACR AGT TN in LD 48 which works great , but how do I acquire it back? I have a CallPilot but no Symposium. I courtesy'd stop the DN in CallPilot but when I tried to acquire it by starting the DN it just hang-up and checking on the switch, the TN is still not acquired. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
