DCFW to Toll free number will not go through

Meriadian 81 c release 25.41 need a local DID to call foward to a 1-800 number for some overseas folks

Trying to DFCW a Phantom TN to a external 1-877 number does not go through so i tried the following

I picked up my phone and dialed 9,1877NXXXXXX no problem call goes through Call forward my phone to the same 91877NXXXXXX number, then i picked up the phone next to it and called my phone and i get the CO message "Call cannot be completed as dialed please check the number and try again"

Make sure that the IE sent is for call type NPA.....

Pass the call through a DMI that sets the CTYP to NPA.

Failing that, a DCH capture might help.
