Educated guess here ... I believe that the default management IP address is
either 192.168.2.2 or 192.168.1.2

It is usually 192.168.1.1 /24 (192.168.1.2 management IP)

Quickest way to check would be to connect on the console port to check
what IP addresses have been assigned
