Call Pilot + Symposium = ???

We're going to finally be migrating off of Meridian Mail to Call Pilot in the near future to take advantage of the Nortel discount that ends this year, etc.

I seem to recall hearing briefly that users with Symposium have issues with integrating Call Pilot at their site. Possibly something about scripting not working correctly with IVR's, I'm not positive.

Does anyone have any experiences with similar migrations? Any "gotchas!" I should be aware of to prepare beforehand? We're running the final version of Meridian Mail along with Symposium Call Center Server 5.0 and Symposium Web Client 4.0. I'm not positive right now which service releases of each we're running. It is not a co-resident setup.
