Call Pilot marking unheard messages as saved.

We have a BCM 400 with Release 3.6 Build 2.2. Our Callpilot keeps marking messages as saved when in fact, the messages have not been heard at all. What can cause this? I have been able to reproduce this problem twice by simply calling the VM, loggin into the VMBox of a user and hanging up. All unread messages were marked as read when I hung up. But other times it does not do this. Also, I have seen it mark messages as saved when no action was taken by anyone. The message light simply went out.

We are using the Outlook plugin for callpilot as well. Could that be the culprit?

Any help or advice is appreciated.

I'd try this without UM to see if you still have the issue. Also, 3.7 is out - you may want to get the system current with software and patches. This may resolve the issue.

Yea, it appears that to be the Desktop Messaging. I don't know why. It just started doing this. Does anyone know if there is an update for CallPilot Build 2.01.27.15 or is that the latest?

Here is a packet capture. I didn't have Outlook in the foreground when my message light went out.
