Call Pilot auto attendant issue

I have a Call Pilot 5.0 system that started someting strange a few months ago. I just took over supporting it so I am not sure what all transpired around then. External call comes in, user selects * for extension through dial. If the destination does not answer the calls rolls back and they get the menu again.

Internally it works correctly, call goes to the destination voicemail box like normal. Not sure what could cause this? PBX is a CS1000E Rls 5.0.
