Call Pilot

We are experiencing up to a 45 second delay on some of our CICS/MICS call Pilot installation. How can we shorten the time? Where in programming do we go???

I just installed a CP100 that works with a cics 8x16 and have the same problem. In other forums it is stated to ensure you have disconnect supervision turned on, autohold turned off and the disconnect supervision rate set to match that of the phone utility. I have those things set as stated but since it's labor day, I am unable to verify the supervision rate although I cycled through all the settings of my cics switch.
