If you have a customer that wants special functionality out of a BCM or Norstar and you are unable to to provide it, we may be able to do it with Computer Telephony Software. Our software engine connects to a BCM (LAN CTE) or Norstar (CTA100) allowing it to control telephone operations and provide some funtionality that may otherwise not be possible from the system itself.
