The following is a brief description of the two new products.

CALL Navigator - A new Console with a Cool new look, much more flexibility and future expandability. Here are the highlights of the new Console solution.

*Independent BLF extension status indicators for; o Call forward destination, Call Holding, Active Call, Call Ringing, New Message (Voice Mail), Status Message * Independent Extension Grouping offers multiple BLF group tabs that can be viewed independently or all at once. Expand the BLF to full screen resolution for maximum viewing * A built in Company and Contact directory allowing importation of Contact information from other sources to be used for automatic record searching by CLID,DID or DNIS. * Cool Features; o Remote call forward activate and cancel ability, Transfer calls with Text message, Employee status, Multiple system integration

Outlook CRM Integrator - Install the New ConverTec Communication Server and one LAN CTE (BCM) or CTA100 (Norstar) for as many clients as you want you use. The new client will integrate to any Nortel telephone and provide the following benefits;

* View up to 2 Calls and see the respective Call detail * Answer calls directly from the Toolbar. * Indicator for missed calls and Call history window keeps track of all inbound and outbound calls. * Activate and de-activate DND * Search any and all contact folders for records containing the phone number of the incoming external caller. * Instantly dial a Contact number directly from Outlook * Apply a pre-defined or customer status message that can be displayed the associated ConverTec Attendant Console application.
