New from ConverTec! **** CRM Integrator for BCM & Norstar ****

What is it? An Integration Toolbar for popular CRM=92s that allows inbound calls to automatically search the Phone Number for matching records within your CRM as well as place calls on your Nortel BCM or Norstar telephone set from the TAPI dial request.

How does it work? The Plug-in links to the CRM and searches the phone number of the incoming call for matching records. Outbound dialing from CRM=92s with TAPI compatibility are configured to use the ConverTec TAPI Driver and all dialing requests are sent from the client workstation to the ConverTec Communication Server where the request is carried out by the user=92s Nortel Telephone Extension.

What CRM=92s are currently compatible?

- MC Outlook 2003, 2007

- ACT by Sage versions 7-10

- Goldmine version 8

- More to come including Developer toolkit allowing plug-in to be hooked to any CRM.

Does it do anything else? Yes, the plug-in also allows you to do the following additional functions and operations;

- Using two call buttons within the toolbar, the user can view the incoming caller information, answer, hold and release calls.

- Manually or automatically search your CRM

- Call History & Missed Call counter advises of missed calls and allows the user to open a missed call history window that offers searching and dialing from calls in history.

- Activate /de-activate Do Not Disturb feature

- Apply =93Presence=94 information message that appears for interoffice extension calls as well as the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) for ConverTec Attendant Console client applications.

What is required?

- One LanCTE client license (BCM) or one CTA100 Adapter (Norstar) per phone system no matter how many clients are required.

- ConverTec =93CCS=94 software server

- ConverTec CRM integrator desktop client application
