Please log in for more thread options I have a Nortel BCM 1000 and have set relocation turned on. This works great. I can unplug a phone, move, plug it back in and all the settings stay with the phone. My problem is how do I replace a broken phone? I have a few spares that were programmed into the system before ( from ex employees). So when I replace a broken phone with these the newer phone reminbers its old settings and loads up the ex employees name, number, and all thier settings. Is there a feature in the sysem to delete those old accounts or do I simply turn off Set Relocation for a minute while I replace the broken phone? I am just afraid that if I were to change set relocation it would somehow change everyones phone. Tim | |||||||||||||

Please log in for more thread options All you should need to do is turn off set relocation, replace the phone, then turn set relocation back on. It won't affect anybody elses phones. Tim wrote: > I have a Nortel BCM 1000 and have set relocation turned on. This
